INDEPENDENT HOME INSPECTION SERVICES by Ray Foster, LLC offers Pre-Purchase Home Inspections, primarily for the Home Buyer. I also provide Pre-Listing Inspections for the Home Seller, as well as, General Building Inspections for Light Commercial (wood frame) Buildings, Single Item Inspections, etc. 

I exceed the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and am licensed with the state of Washington as Structural Pest Inspector (besides a business license, the only license required in Washington ), Member of ASHI, International Code Council (ICC), Independent Home Inspectors of North America (IHINA), Washington State Pest Control Association (WSPCA).

Ray Foster, LLC will provide you with a quality home inspection that you can understand. Ample time will be allowed to discuss findings with you, to your satisfaction. Ray will put it in perspective for you and answer all of your questions.

What to Expect:

An experienced, unbiased opinion, based on a visual inspection of readily accessible areas. The written opinion will be handed to you, on site, at the end of the inspection. We will then discuss the findings, as they relate to Minor, Major, and Future considerations, along with potential solutions, approximate costs, etc.

We will spend as much time as you need, in this discussion period. It is very important that the information, and any subsequent questions, be addressed to your satisfaction. You can tap my brain for whatever you need to know.

So, you really can limit your attention to the major items only, or you can get into it and ask all kinds of questions. Whatever you are comfortable with. I welcome both approaches.
